Terms of use

Seller

baselab.bomax.vn is operated by Hộ kinh doanh Ngô Trường Dũng (household business, brand BASELAB CO.), which sells its own products directly. The seller's name, address, tax ID, phone and email are shown at the bottom of every page.

Orders and contract formation

• Before you press "Place order", the checkout shows every item, size, colour, quantity, price, delivery fee, discount and total for you to check.
• The sales contract is formed when the "Thank you for your order" page shows your order number. Bank-transfer orders stay "Awaiting bank transfer" until BASELAB confirms the payment.
• Orders are stored and can be looked up on Track your order.

Prices and stock

Prices are in VND and include VAT. Time-limited sale prices are shown on the product page. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to swap it or refund you in full.

Promo codes

Each code has its own conditions (minimum order, validity, usage limit). Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellations

You can cancel before the order is handed to the courier by contacting us. Prepaid orders are refunded under our Returns policy.

Intellectual property

Images, print designs and content on this site belong to BASELAB CO. Please do not use them commercially without permission.

Complaints and disputes

• Send complaints to [email protected], call 0862208620 or message BASELAB CO. on Shopee, with your order number and a description.
• We acknowledge within 24 business hours and reply with a resolution within 7 business days.
• Disputes are first settled by negotiation. Otherwise you may request mediation, contact the consumer protection authority or go to court under the 2023 Law on Protection of Consumer Rights. Nothing here limits your right to sue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law and written in Vietnamese; the English version is for reference.
