Cash on delivery (COD)

Pay the courier in cash on delivery, nationwide. You may look at the items (no try-on) before paying.

After ordering, the confirmation page shows a QR code, account number, account holder and the transfer reference (your order code starting with BL).
Please transfer the exact amount with the exact reference so we can match it.
The order stays Awaiting bank transfer until BASELAB receives and confirms the payment (usually during 9:00–21:00). Follow it on Track your order.

MoMo, ZaloPay and VNPay will be added later. The website does not accept cards yet and never collects or stores card data.
